The price band for the IPO is set at ₹71 to ₹72 per equity share. The minimum lot size for an application is 1,600 shares, but for retail investors, the minimum investment is 2 lots (3,200 shares), amounting to ₹2,30,400.
The total issue size is approximately ₹36.29 crores. This consists of a Fresh Issue of equity shares worth approximately ₹31 crores and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 5,08,800 equity shares.
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on March 4, 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME (Emerge) platform, with a tentative listing date of March 6, 2026.
The company plans to utilize the funds raised for the following purposes:
