Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has fixed its IPO price band at ₹1,000 to ₹1,053 per equity share. The public subscription window will officially open on Monday, February 23, 2026, and conclude on Wednesday, February 25. The issue is a mix of a fresh issue of ₹1,200 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹1,900 crore by promoters and existing investors, including Brookfield-managed BGTF One Holdings.
