1. Our Commitment
We aim to publish accurate IPO information, and we correct errors promptly and openly. This policy explains how to report a mistake and what we do about it.
2. How to Report an Error
Use our contact page or email [email protected] and include:
- the link to the page with the error,
- what is wrong, and
- the correct information, with a source if you have one (for example an exchange notice, the RHP, or the registrar's website).
3. What Happens Next
We review every report, checking it against the original source. If the information on our site is wrong, we correct it, usually within one business day.
- Significant errors — a wrong price band, date, lot size, GMP, subscription figure, listing price, or a statement that changes the meaning of an article — are corrected and a dated correction note is added to the article explaining what changed.
- Minor errors — spelling, grammar or formatting that does not change the meaning — are fixed without a note.
- Data errors in our automatically generated pages are corrected at the source data, so every page that uses that figure is fixed at once.
4. Automated Checks
In addition to reader reports, our systems re-check recent IPO listing prices against the exchanges' listing-day data every day and correct any mismatch automatically.
5. Updates Are Not Corrections
IPO pages are updated as an issue progresses — GMP moves, subscription numbers grow, allotment and listing details arrive. These routine updates are reflected in the page's "updated" time and are not treated as corrections.
