Nityas Gems & Jewellery Business
Nityas Gems & Jewellery was incorporated in 2022 and operates in the lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery segment. Its business covers both B2B and D2C channels.
The company supplies jewellery to organised retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers while also operating direct-to-consumer retail activities through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited. Its operations cover sourcing, product design, manufacturing, quality control, distribution and retail.
As of August 31, 2026, the company had 192 full-time employees, including 122 in-house karigars and 29 designers.
Strong Growth in FY2026
Nityas Gems & Jewellery reported substantial growth in FY2026. Total income increased to around ₹203 crore, compared with ₹97 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax also rose to approximately ₹22 crore, compared with ₹10 crore in FY2025.

|---|---|---|
| Total Income | ₹97 Cr | ₹203 Cr |
| PAT | ₹10 Cr | ₹22 Cr |
| Income Growth | — | ~110% |
| PAT Growth | — | ~128% |
The latest financial performance is an important part of the IPO story as the company looks to expand its business across manufacturing, distribution and consumer-facing jewellery channels.
Use of IPO Funds
The company plans to use the IPO proceeds mainly to support its working capital requirements. Around ₹70 crore has been earmarked for working capital, while the balance is intended for general corporate purposes.

| General Corporate Purposes | Balance Amount |
The working-capital requirement is relevant to the company's jewellery business because inventory procurement, manufacturing and distribution can require significant funds before sales proceeds are realised.
