IPO Rush Next Week: 3 New IPOs to Open, 8 Listings Scheduled From September 1–4
The Indian IPO market is heading into September with strong momentum.
The first week of September is set to be a busy one for IPO investors, with three new IPOs scheduled to open for subscription and eight companies expected to make their stock-market debut between September 1 and September 4.
The three upcoming issues are looking to raise a combined ₹1,264.72 crore, while investors will also be closely watching several highly subscribed IPOs as they move toward listing.
With the potential Jio Platforms and NSE IPOs also attracting attention, the September primary-market calendar could become one of the busiest periods of 2026.
Three IPOs Opening Next Week
According to the latest IPO calendar, three Mainboard IPOs are scheduled to open on September 1.
1. Deepa Jewellers IPO
Deepa Jewellers is scheduled to open its IPO on September 1, 2026, and the issue will remain open until September 3.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹168–₹177 per share, with an issue size of approximately ₹459.72 crore.
Investors will be able to track subscription numbers, GMP trends and allotment updates as the issue progresses.
2. Rays of Belief IPO
Rays of Belief is another Mainboard IPO scheduled to open on September 1.
The company has set a price band of ₹227–₹239 per share, with an issue size of around ₹125 crore.
The issue is expected to attract attention from investors looking for exposure to the consumer and healthcare-related business segment.
3. Purple Style Labs IPO
Purple Style Labs is scheduled to open its IPO on August 31, making it one of the first major issues investors will track as the September IPO calendar begins.
The company has fixed its IPO price band at ₹546–₹575 per share and is looking to raise approximately ₹680 crore.
The IPO is scheduled to close on September 2.
According to the latest IPO calendar, these issues will be joined by several SME offerings, including Ashutosh Fibre, Shanti Inorganics and Phychem Technologies.
Eight IPO Listings Coming Next Week
The subscription activity is only one part of the story.
Several recently closed IPOs are also scheduled to list during the first week of September.
Among the major Mainboard names are:
| Company | Expected Listing | Issue Size |
|---|---|---|
| Augmont Enterprises | August 31 | ₹825 Cr |
| Symbiotec Pharmalab | September 1 | ₹1,757 Cr |
| Skyways Air Services | September 1 | ₹582.8 Cr |
| Hy-Tech Engineers | September 1 | ₹135.73 Cr |
| Annu Projects | September 2 | ₹175.06 Cr |
| Sumax Engineering | September 2 | ₹53.4 Cr |
Several SME IPOs, including Madhur Knit Crafts and ABH Healthcare, are also scheduled to list around the same period.
Hy-Tech Engineers and Symbiotec Pharmalab in Focus
Among the upcoming listings, investor attention is particularly high around Hy-Tech Engineers, Symbiotec Pharmalab and Skyways Air Services because of their strong subscription figures.
Hy-Tech Engineers recorded total subscription of more than 244 times, while Symbiotec Pharmalab and Skyways Air Services also attracted subscription of more than 70 times each.
Such strong demand can create significant interest around listing day, although subscription numbers alone do not guarantee a positive listing.
Tempsens Instruments Sets the Benchmark
The upcoming listings will also be compared with the recent blockbuster debut of Tempsens Instruments.
Tempsens Instruments listed on August 28 at ₹634 on the NSE, compared with its IPO issue price of ₹300, representing a listing premium of 111.33%.
The stock's debut was reported as the strongest IPO listing gain in India so far in 2026.
The impressive performance has added further excitement to the IPO market as investors prepare for another busy week.
Jio Platforms and NSE Could Make September Even Bigger
The IPO calendar could become even more significant if two major proposed issues move forward.
Jio Platforms has received SEBI approval for a proposed IPO of around ₹37,700 crore. If completed at that size, the issue could become India's largest IPO, surpassing Hyundai Motor India's 2024 record.
The proposed NSE IPO is also attracting significant attention. State Bank of India and SBI Capital Markets have said they plan to dilute up to 1% of their combined stake in NSE through the proposed public offering.
Market reports suggest that September could potentially see IPO fundraising approaching ₹70,000 crore if major issues such as Jio Platforms and NSE enter the market.
What Should IPO Investors Watch Next Week?
With so many IPO events happening together, investors should keep an eye on several important indicators.
IPO GMP
Grey Market Premium can provide an indication of unofficial market sentiment before listing, but it is not an official exchange price and can change quickly.
Subscription Status
The QIB, NII and retail subscription numbers can help investors understand demand across different investor categories.
IPO Valuation
A highly subscribed IPO is not necessarily a cheap IPO. Investors should compare the company's valuation with listed peers before making an investment decision.
Listing Performance
The first few minutes of trading can be volatile. Investors should avoid assuming that a high GMP will automatically translate into the same listing gain.
September IPO Calendar Looks Busy
The Indian primary market is entering September with strong momentum.
With new IPOs opening, multiple highly subscribed issues preparing to list and potential mega-IPOs such as Jio Platforms and NSE on the radar, investors are likely to have plenty to track during the coming weeks.
The recent 111% debut of Tempsens Instruments has further increased interest in upcoming listings, but investors should continue to evaluate each IPO independently.
